Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
ATONA Media ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through atonamedia.com, how we use it, and your choices. In short: we do not use cookies on our website, and we collect nothing except what you choose to send us through our contact form and art application form.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set or use cookies. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media trackers, or any other technology that follows you around the web or builds a profile of your activity. We do not collect information about you simply because you visited.
Information you give us
The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through these two forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Art application form: the details and files you choose to include in your application, such as your name, contact information, and your artwork or related information. This form requires you to sign in with a Google account.
If you do not use these forms, we do not collect any personal information from you.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to respond to your message, review your art application, and communicate with you about projects, opportunities, or your inquiry. We also keep it in our records, as described below. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Art submissions
Submitting artwork for review does not transfer ownership of your work to us. Your work remains yours. We will not display, project, publish, or share your submitted work without your permission and a separate agreement with you.
Who handles your form data
We use two third-party services to receive submissions.
Contact messages are processed by Formspree. When you send a message through our contact form, your information is transmitted through Formspree and delivered to us. Formspree may process technical details, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the message and prevent spam. Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy: Formspree Privacy Policy.
Art applications are submitted through Google. Because applicants sign in with a Google account, Google may collect account information associated with the submission, such as your name and email address. Any files you upload with your application, including artwork samples, are stored through Google and made available to us. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy: Google Privacy Policy.
We do not share your submission with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain information you submit through our contact form or art application for as long as we operate, so that we can refer back to past inquiries and submissions. If we enter into an agreement or collaborate with an artist, we also keep that artist's information, and records related to the collaboration, as part of our business records.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically keep basic technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.
Links to other sites and services
Our site links to outside websites and services, including Instagram, Formspree, and Google. These services have their own privacy practices and may use cookies, including when you use a form they provide. We are not responsible for their practices, so please review their policies when you visit.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will consider each request, but we may keep information where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. In particular, we hold all legal paperwork needed for our safety and business, such as agreements with artists and collaborators, and we may retain these records even after a deletion request. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California privacy law. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
